A. Southern Comfort...Coming from the French Quarter in the South. SoCo is made of a secret blend of flavors (peach, orange, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon). This Liqueur was originally called “Cuffs and Buttons”. The name was changed to be the grand old drink of the South.
B. Early Times...Came to us in 1860 to be exact at a place called Early Times Station, Kentucky. In 1920, the year Congress passed the Volstead Act, prohibition began. Early Times was designated a ‘medicinal’ whiskey making it exempt from the law.
C.
Jack Daniels...Why Old No.7? One story says that
it was the rail-road shipping number on a barrel, some say Jack
had seven girlfriends, other say Jack wrote his “J’s” like a 7. We will never
know for sure- Mr. Jack took the answer to his grave.
D.
Fighting Cock...The “bad boy of Bourbon”
is bottled at a robust 103 proof, but its 6 years of aging smoothes
out the feathers real well. This bourbon uses rye, corn and barley while most others use wheat, corn, and barley.
E.
Jack Daniels Single Barrel...The world’s
first charcoal mellowed single barrel Tennessee whiskey. This allows whiskey aficionados
to sample the work of each individual barrel. Each barrel can be tasted for their subtle differences by each barrel's unique oak and aging experiences.
F.
Woodford Reserve...This is a premium small batch
bourbon whiskey. Woodford is the “official bourbon”
of two horse races, the Kentucky
Derby and the Breeders Cup. Each bottle has their own bottle and batch number.
